Etu Financial is a trade name of AlwaysOnTax, LLC, a registered investment adviser offering advisory services in the State of California and in other jurisdictions where exempted. Registration does not imply a certain level of skill or training.
The presence of this website shall not be interpreted as a solicitation of investment advisory services to persons in jurisdictions where Etu Financial is not permitted to operate. Individualized responses to consumers in a particular state by Etu Financial in the provision of personalized investment advice for compensation shall not be made without first complying with jurisdiction requirements or pursuant to an applicable state exemption.

Tax outcomes depend on your individual facts and circumstances and on tax law as it exists at the time, both of which can change. No outcome, refund amount, or tax position is guaranteed, and the filing of a return does not preclude examination or adjustment by a taxing authority. Etu Financial is compensated solely by fees paid directly by clients. We do not receive commissions, referral fees, revenue sharing, or other compensation from third parties in connection with the products or strategies we recommend. Our fee schedule is described in our Form ADV Part 2A, which is provided to every client before or at the time we enter into an advisory agreement.
This website collects information in two ways: through the contact form, and through website analytics.
Contact form. The form on our Contact page asks for your name, email address, and whatever you choose to include in your message. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and to follow up with you about working together.
We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We do not use it to serve advertising. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Please do not include account numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive information in the contact form.
Analytics. We use PostHog, a third‑party analytics service, to understand how visitors find and move through this site. PostHog records the pages you view, the links and buttons you click, the site or search that referred you, your browser and device type, and an approximate city‑level location derived from your IP address. We use this only to see which parts of the site are useful and to improve them.
We do not use analytics to identify you. We do not attempt to determine who an individual visitor is, we do not connect analytics activity to a named person, and if you later submit the contact form we do not link that submission back to your earlier browsing. PostHog processes this information on our behalf; we do not sell it or use it for advertising.
Analytics sets one first‑party cookie on your browser. It holds a random identifier and nothing else — no name, no email, no address. Its only purpose is to recognize that a series of page views and clicks came from the same browser, so we can tell one visitor reading four pages from four visitors reading one page each. The cookie expires after a year, and you can block or clear it through your browser settings without affecting how the site works.
That identifier is random and stays that way. We never attach your name, email, or any other detail to it, and we do not know who it belongs to. We do not track you across other websites, we do not record your screen or your session, and we do not capture anything you type into the contact form. This site honors browser “Do Not Track” signals: if yours is enabled, no analytics are collected at all.
If you become a client, you will separately receive our privacy notice describing how we collect, use, and safeguard client information, together with our Form ADV disclosure documents.
